Ms. Nami Saikia Ms. Nami Saikia is an alumnus of NEF Law College, Guwahati. She has done her B.B.A, LL.B with First Class First Position in criminology in the year 2017 and did her LL.M with First class specialization in Criminal Law under Gauhati University in the year 2020. Her areas of interest are Criminology, Labour laws and criminal law. She has also worked as a Student Ambassador at Studio Nilima. She has joined NEF Law College in March, 2022 as an Assistant Professor, prior to which she has experience of practicing as an advocate for two years in Gauhati High Court dealing with both civil and criminal cases apart from regularly appearing in various other forums like Arbitral Tribunal, Consumer Dispute Resolution Forums and District Courts. She has also published papers in different journals and has participated in Academic Development Programmer, regional and national seminars and workshops.
